 Instructions "How To Wear" Wraps Insert the Wrap onto the outer ear, towards the top, and slide down till it fits comfortably over the cartilage. You can squeeze it slightly or open it slightly to fit securely. You can also shape the bottom of the Wrap to lie against your ear. Once you adjust it to your ear, DO NOT open and close it to put it on and take it off. Simply slide it on or off the thinnest part of your ear.
