What Are Our Guarantees
Our Ear Spirals are guaranteed against damage!. Just send back both Ear Spirals, even if only one is damaged. (we need the pair to match them)

Our Return Policy
You may return unused or defective items for refund or replacement. Unless defective, products returned are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please indicate the reason for the return as we continually strive to offer you a superior product. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected returns, so please ship returns by a trackable method such as UPS or FedEx to our designer, including your packing slip:

All of our earrings are guaranteed, so if you try some and they do irritate you, we will exchange them or refund your money, so there is no risk to you. Just return them in the box they came in and in a bubble envelope or cardboard box for protection and mail it INSURED, to our designer:

What Is Sterling Silver
Pure silver, also known as fine silver is generally too soft for jewelry. Sterling Silver is the standard for fine jewelry. It is 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% copper, which hardens the silver to make it last a lifetime.
Sterling Silver is the whitest metal, much whiter than white gold or platinum. All silver must be polished. It turns black and must be polished with a silver polish like Wrights Silver Cream or a silver dip. Sterling Silver is safe for most people, there is no nickel in it. (Do not confuse silver from Mexico with Sterling Silver. Often Mexican Silver contains nickel)
What Is Vermeil
Vermeil is a heavy 14K Gold plate over Sterling Silver. It is used when the fabricating processes do not allow the use of 14K Gold-filled. It is the next best thing to 14K Gold-filled.
What Is Niobium
Niobium is a pure precious metal, like gold or silver and can be worked with hand tools by artist designers. It's natural color is silver-gray. We color it with electricity. Each color is produced by a different voltage of electricity. The color is permanent and will not wash or wear off. By carefully varying the voltage we are able to produce different colors. Color is the vibration of light. The color of niobium is produced by light passing through a thin transparent layer that bends the light and creates the vivid, vibrant colors.
Niobium is hypo-allergenic. It is used in surgery for hip replacements. It is a pure element. There no nickel in it, and there are no other alloys in it, either. Even people who are allergic to gold can wear it. We guarantee that. (There may be a few hyper allergenic people who can not wear it)
It's also very easy to clean. You just wash it with warm soapy water.
What About Our Pearls
We use genuine Fresh Water Pearls and Cultured Pearls and Cultured Fresh Water Pearls. We select them for color and lustre.
What About Our Opals
We use genuine laboratory grown Opal, which insures consistency and intense color and fire. They are coated with Lucite to protect them from drying or cracking.
What About The Size
Most of the jewelry on our website is shown actual size on the individual product pages, if your screen resolution is 1024 x 768. If it is 800 x 600, they appear 25% larger than actual.
Either way, if you print out the page, they will print actual size, then you can cut them out and hold them up to your ear to see how they will look on you.
Regular size - 1-3/4" long.
S - Short 1-3/8" long.
XS - Extra Short 1" long.
For example, the Earspiral 1SGF is 1-3/8" long.
What Is 14K Solid Gold
14K Gold is the standard for fine jewelry. Pure 24K Gold is too soft to use for most jewelry so it is alloyed with silver, copper and other metals to harden and color it and make it last a lifetime.
What Is 14K Gold-Filled
It is the next best thing to solid gold. 14K Gold-Filled wire is a tube of 14K Gold that is filled with a base metal, usually brass. It is 10 times thicker than gold plate. There is absolutely no nickel in it so it doesn't cause allergic reactions. Only 14K Gold touches the ear. It will not tarnish, and it will not discolor the ear.
