This bracelet is somewhat adjustable since it is the open cuff style. There are 3 sizes to this bracelet, style Small, Medium and Large. Take a tape measure and measure around your wrist. If your wrist is under 6-1/4" order a small, over 6-1/4" but less than 6-3/4" order a medium, over 6-3/4" order a large.
